Why haven't you told me what is going on with my order ?

We are a small company and simply cannot send status updates on every order.

Once the order is placed, you will get a confirmation email.

If the order does not ship in 7 days, the preauthorization hold will return to your card.

* Once the item arrives in stock, we will charge the card on file and ship the order,(please make sure your payment information is up to date otherwise there can be delays and cancellations) Once the label is printed you will get an email with tracking information.

* If the item is in stock, the order should ship in 2-5 days,

         - if you do not have tracking within this time it is possible that the item was actually on backorder as orders are fulfilled first in first out basis.





We will do our best to reply to tickets about status, but if you have not heard from us at all, the item is probably still on backorder.
