Active Orders

All orders are active and valid until either requested cancelled by the customer, or by us due to a discontinued item.

We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to an address that is no longer valid.

If you move or need the address updated please file a ticket and submit the request, our team will take care of it for you and let you know when it has been fixed.

If this does not happen and the order ships to an old/invaild address you will still be responsible for the charges for the items and shipping fees. 


**When/If the item is returned to us(and processed through our returns team), only then can we issue a refund back to the original method of payment.**
