What do I do if I did not receive my full order ?

On occasion, when an item is on an extended backorder, (6 months or older on average for orders containing multiple items) or discontinued the order will be shipped incomplete, when this happens the automated system will read the order as complete. If you are still looking for the missing item, consider reordering it on it's own order (if still available) so that it does not hold up any other orders.
