Why Am I getting errors when placing my Order?

We use PayPal to process all of our payments, even if you are not using PayPal, credit/debit cards are also processed through PayPal.

Here are some of the common errors that you might get during checkout.

The transaction was declined by the issuing bank, not PayPal.
This happens when you use a credit/debit card and your Bank declines PayPal. This is easily resolved by contacting your Bank and letting them know that you want to make a transaction with PayPal.

This error code is related to a bad funding method(typically an invalid or maxed out credit card). Please check your credit/debit card number and try again.

A successful transaction has already been completed. Please check under your account (Top navigation bar link) too see if the order is there. If not, please submit a request and we will help you.

There is an error with your cart. Please try clearing your cart and adding the items again. Also try clearing your web browser's cache. If that does not help please submit a request and we will help you.
