Why did I not receive my complete order?

We do our best to ship orders complete, sadly from time to time when items are on an extended backorder (6 months or longer) or have been discontinued and order will ship without every item.

If you think you were charged for the whole order but did not receive it, please reach out to our team and they will look into it for you.
